Across Kenya

Problem Free Movement works in 42 counties. On this page we walk three of them in full — Nairobi, Kiambu, and Machakos, where we sponsor Baraka Hawali School in Malaa. The other counties are not a side note. They are the work.

Baraka Hawali School, fully sponsored by PFWM, sits in Malaa. Each nearby homestead receives five tree seedlings every rainy season.

Why we name these three

Each affluent Nairobi neighbourhood has a slum beside it. Muthaiga pairs with Mathare. Westlands pairs with Kangemi. Lavington pairs with Kawangware. When poor people live inside a geography counted as well-off, they miss the funds that follow poverty indexes. That pairing is a Nairobi lesson. The same exclusion lives in 42 counties.

We name Nairobi, Kiambu, and Malaa because we can walk you through them. The work itself is the country — lake, highland, dryland, and coast — while communities wait for national and county resources to trickle down.
